No worries, I didn`t take it that way. I don`t feel hostility around any discussions here. It`s the Warwick Forum, after all.

Regardless of what side of politics you're on... Michael Moore is a liar and a fraud. I have zero respect for him, sorry.

He could be a great politican then.

Still, fact is: I haven`t made up my statement on the US healthcare yet, I have:
1. seen 30 minutes of Sicko,
2. I asked BassPlyr Randy if this how it works over there, and
3. you attack Michael Moore instead of just saying what you think of the healthcare. Not just for those who are well-insured, but also for the poor.

Don't get me wrong matey, I know healthcare is a mess here. I live here, and pay for it, and still don't feel secure with it. It's definitely not as good as the Australian system for example.

Regardless, I stand by what I said about Michael Moore. He's a charlatan and a very dodgy filmmaker, and unfortunately people eat up his material as if it were gospel.

There's plenty of research and material out there that contradict his films; ironically a lot of it comes straight from the horse's mouth. Ultimately, the guy is a hypocrite — and for me, hypocrisy is the hardest pill to swallow (pardon the pun).

Yeah, I found that a bit funny. It`s not that uncommon that people don`t lock their doors in small towns.

That's funny, when I lived in So. Cal. I always had a gun in the house. Now I live in the middle of nowhere and all I have is my sword next to my bed. ... A native walked into my house one day while I was asleep and I must say he literally pissed on himself when I sprang out of bed and had him pinned to the wall with a sword across his throat. Turns out, he was really drunk and it was freezing cold outside and he walked into my house, because his brother used to live in it years ago. He was so drunk he didn't remember his brother didn't live there any more.

But ya know, I have thought about it and I'm glad I didn't have a gun by my bed, I would have shot him. and while being drunk is no excuse for a stranger to wander into my house, I really don't think he would have deserved to die for it. So I am glad I had my sword, it scared the crap out of him, thankfully not literally, but humorusly he actually did pee his pants. And that I believe is a much more fitting punishment for the crime.
