anyway, I think it is simply "traditional" Indian music (or melody/structure) but I'm not sure. (or maybe Indian Jazz :? )

I enjoyed it, very entertaining to listen to/watch. Lovely exotic melodies and nice rythmic percussive bass fills. Your techniques are interesting, however I think they could benefit tonally with a warwick (possibly a thumb) :wink:

I struggle to get any enjoyment out of behold the Arctopus though, no matter how technical they get. I'll stick to my Fightstar 8)

Well..it took me a couple of listens, but I finally figured it out :D

Every time I listened I couldn't figure out if you just have a lazy sense of timing, or none. After adding drums in my head, I figured out that you are just someone with an incredibly lazy timing.

Sounds cool man, keep up the good work!
 
Yes, thats right. It looks as if we play without rythm. The above videos re really nice...Anyway I add a video of PRASANNA who is on tour in USA now. I play Bass like the percussion Instruments 'Thavil and Ghotom', which he uses in the video. We started the music with an odd rythm in the begining and 4/4 after the first prhase. Just watch this great man....

i enjoyed it... although i had a hard time figuring out the timing.

Yeah I know Behold... The Arctopus is one hell of a strange band. Kinda hard to get.
