I don't really regret getting my $$ last year. A neck-through would have been a dream, but I've been over the moon with mine and it is still numero uno!
 
I dig the Jonas Helborg amps too... They look very slick! I think I like the NT Corvette $$ better than the 2007 ltd Thumb....

I'm kind of torn on the choice myself. I want to see a picture of the five string Ltd and confirm what the neck wood is. Looks like wenge with an ebony board or a really dark piece of ovangkol. Now if they'd just merge the two and have a NT Vette Jazzman with the wenge neck and lacewood top... :roll: Perfection. ~M~
 
Hmm part of me is saying woot i know what my next bass is gonna be ($$ NT) but first off... wasnt the whole point of the double to have a very snappy attack..which the bolt on neck helped. Like wont this mellow out the sound alot not making it sound like a double bucker at all. Plus im wondering prices... cause its neck is maple which the streamer $$ had and it costs over 1000 dollars more... hmm im still torn if i get a double bucker whether to go bolt on on nt... i guess we will have to wait and see when they come out and what it sounds like. The Other bass taranis or w/e kinda puzzles me. Like im assuming the dude who market new ideas dont read these forums or somthing... but like over the last year weve had so many people kinda admit that the B is usally just a thumb rest.. and especially since warwicks IMO are kinda know for being good for slap it kinda goes against everything. Like everyone was hoping for huge things i think like the nobby and all sorts of other different innovative things and its another thumb with a sick wood top. Like i do like them but i thought after everyone crazy ideas and discusions there would be insane shit up ahead for 2007.
 
those sand blasted finished looks cool! like they've really carved each wood fibre to stand out in perfection. can't wait to see one in the flesh!
 
must be a barestard to clean though! What's the maintenance on that? I would think, a sandblasted finish would be too rough for clothes. But I could be wrong! :lol:
