the quake-8 won't happen, sadly, but a quake is still very high on my GAS list, and I already have money invested in the project, so I might be getting one sooner than later... I don't have a tip jar to gather funds for a quake, so it might take some time...
 
honestly i'd go for that tip jar bass first :D

what about changing che corvette shape for a darklord?

that would be a darklord with ovangkol body and neck, mirrored Ps and natural finish :twisted:

and maybe i could also add a purpleheart center section....... :twisted: :twisted:

purpleheart just in the body, neck, or both?
 
well... if i ditch the coloured finish and the wenge neck, having both the body and neck with purpleheart inserts would be almost the same price so...why not both? :D

That "flat" Vampyre shape ain't my cup of tea, but all that matters is that YOU get your dream bass ! The P's pickups look tiny on that big slab of wood !
