I have a probably unfounded dislike of NT and SN basses because if the neck gets damaged it writes off the instrument ,
Yep , it might be true if you don t know a real good luthier , I happen to have a badluck with my Thumb NT4 , & a great luthier I know repaired it , but it took time , & I never bodered him with the repair .
That said , I would stick with your idea of woods , electronics , we have our opinions , you got yours , but @ the end , it s you that s paying .
