First post and want a Warwick!

Old Greg, when I start taking to extreme forms of sex, you'd be long shriveled up in an old folks home. Telling stories about croc hunting and stuff, don't all aussies do that? (Stereotype pun intended) :lol:
 
Not all Aussies are like that mate.My father was the crocodile hunter but that was in Africa.My old guy stories would mainly be about bass & drums.

I'd love to visit Australia once. Seems pretty sweet to me. Summer temperatures in winter. I mean, skateboarding on the streets during the whole year. In Norway, there are like 3-4 good months of the year -.-

I'd love to visit bass people, and to dive in the tiny little reef just of the coast there. Problem is, they're quite far away from each other, if I'm not wrong?
 
That tiny little reef can be seen from space.But be careful,everything here either eats you,or kills you with it's poison.Other than that,it'as a hoot.
 
Yea, do you guys have to check your shoes every time you put them on? Shake your clothes and stuff?
 
Only when I'm out in the bush.But I do get Sydney funell web spiders in my garden.They're the deadliest spider on earth.
All races have their stereotypes & I quite like the ones associated with Aussies.

Good grief! I'm not so find of spiders period - but ones that deadly in the garden...yikes! I'll take my chances with the rattlesnakes I have around here in New York :lol: ! 'Course it just snowed about eight inches here today, so it'll be a while 'til the slithery things come to life anyway!
 
We just get ducks and sheep around here... but the natives can get a bit wild at times!
 
Well, we do have wild cows here in Norway too. The smell of they're turds can make you a bit sick.

You have wild sheeps there as well. They almost got me killed during a bike tour around Lillehammer once and I'm not referring to their turds...

A friend of mine broke one of his ribs when cycling home from the pub... he claimed he was attacked by a wild sheep... but he had had a lot to drink before he wobbled off into the distance!

...actually I'm thinking of dropping that... I resolved in the new year to be all sweetness and light and to be kind, patient and understanding in all my dealings with mankind... not going very well at the moment, though!

While all the Warwicks I've heard have their own personality, they all have a characteristic something, you can tell they're Warwicks. Even Rockbasses have it, to a lesser degree. I'd say any Warwick will get your GAS under control for a short time. A short time? Any Warwick you get is going to make you want more Warwicks.

Addictive?...see the list of W's i have under my name...gosh i had never spent so much money in a line of instruments......I love the punishment though, and my last Wic was a Thumb BO 5 (2 weeks ago) and there is a posting of an NT fretless not letting me sleep at night. I have 2 guys selling their one is fretless (1994) and the other is fretted (2003). I thought my GAs was an issue over with but I guess I have to recognize I am a Wicaholic.

decisions...decisions. sorry no money. I need to sell my Vette $$ 4 to use this towards an NT.

sometimes those are even more dangerous than Snakes and spiders because you can not just stomp on them or shoot them. You have to put up with them. :lol:
