Deal gone bad, help if you can!

Okay guys... you may think I'm still wet behind da ears... or maybe it's da Xmas mood I'm in...

But if you guys are so sure bout Sangsom being a fraude, can someone please explain to me why this Sangsom dude still visits our forum almost every day ? I mean, he already's got da munney from Kwesi... If his only intention is to steal I can't think of any reason for him to show his 'face' here ever again... :confused:

And about that Basschat ad: I know it'd be a very rare coincidence, but it might be someone else who just picked da same pics (that he maybe even found on this here forum) for his own cheating bizznizz... :eek:

A while ago I ordered some t-shirts in da USA... it took almost 9 weeks before I finally received them... so I can't help it guys... but I still hope that da bass is still underway in some steam ship somewhere between Thailand and Kwesi...

Honestly mate this has been a scam (or at the very least an 'attempted' scam)!

As to why he revisits here; criminals (for he is) return to the scene of a crime. Added to which, he will be checking to see if there is any potential threat to him being found out and checking how hot it is potentially going to get for him... when it looks like he may have the law closing in he may well decide to contribute to the thread and even send the bass but for now it's quite easy for him to keep a watchful eye from a safe distance.

If the guy is innocent and has returned here so frequently why hasn't he tried to refute any of these claims, rather than leaving an oblique reference to a tracking number.

As for the Basschat ad; the pics used over on Basschat include images that AREN'T available on this site so whoever placed the Basschat ad MUST have started the Warwick ad.

If you need conclusive proof, it's dead easy for Ped or CK over on Basschat to confirm the IP address matches the one that Flo has (no need to declare that info to us, just a simple PM between Mods trying to ascertain if there is more than one scumbag out there)! If the IP addresses match then the whole case is stitched up and the guy is a confirmed scammer. :|

Just had a quick look back at the Basschat thread and realised that CK states on that thread that the IP address for the Basschat thread started by the new user 'Metro' originates from Thailand... coincidence that Sangsom's IP address is also in Thailand? No I don't think so. :((
 
A fellow Basschat member pointed me in the direction of this potential Warwick sale offering over on the UK bass forum and kindly suggested that Warwick forum members may like to check this out and possibly keep their eyes open for a possible duplication over here.

Neither the Basschat member or I are stating that this is a scam; simply highlighting the fact that it looks 'suspect' to say the least and MAY be something that Warwick forum members should be aware of!

You know, we really should just send the Thai police a message saying sangsom was distributing anti-royalist propaganda here, and intends to overthrow the Thai monarchy. Thai police don't much like their citizens dissing on their royalty nowadays. Might not get the bass or money back, but it might keep him from messing with anyone else for a while. ha.

No need to apologise Florin. You are not responsible for the outcome of this in any way shape or form. I for one realise that it is a thankless task that you do and it is NOT your responsibility to vet every single user or thread. We should all follow a few simple rules and then situations like this wouldn't arise; unfortunately, when it comes to basses and bagging a bargain, all too often our hearts rule our heads. :((

My thoughts are with Kwesi who now has to follow all avenues to try and get his money back. :twisted:
 
Please... always PM me when something is fishy. I don't mind contacting the seller first, I am here anyway.
 
Man this sucks. It doesn't exactly help relieve the prejudice some might have of dealing with asian sellers :(

If you contact the bank they can get your money back if you explain your situation. and I want to see this warwick guerilla I dont even know wht that is. If hes out of the same country as yourself the bass could take up to 6 months to go through customs but he is scamming you and IncX I saw your video on youtube about your story i was glad to hear you got the Vampyre just people like this deserve some kind of consequences.
