Throughout the forum, there are some fantastic reports of Warwick (or the local distributor) going out of their way to help out the consumer. Lets hear you're positive customer service stories!!

Mine occured today through the local distributer, Dominant Music. My Warwick Rockcase effects board took a spill down some stairs last gig, due to the handle failing. Dominant are posting me a replacement handle despite the fact I have no receipt, or even remember where or when exactly I bought it. Fantastic service!

There is a lot of love in Australia for Warwick, and this illustrates why.

Dana B Goods has repaired my truss rod issue and ahs the bass coming back to me in under two weeks! Plus, they threw in a warwick Calendar for me!

Awesome service from them!

Dana B. Goodes is giving everybody free Jan III's! They are on my good list!

As for Australia... I snuck some Foster's home tonight from work. Im pleased, its very refreshing.

maybe they should be renamed Dana B Great....

*ducks flying tomatoes*

I'm here all week folks.....

*shrinks away*

The guys are Dana B Goods are the best :) Tyler has helped me out with ALOT of stuff.

I've posted a few times regarding all the help I've gotten at DBG. From replacing trussrods to fixing amps each visit is pleasant, informational, fun, and well worth the drive to go look at all the cool stuff they've got in there.

I think people are happy to invest in Warwicks, which aren't the most inexpensive basses, because the sound of wood is backed up with a great customer service. You know that once you've spent the money, you will be looked after for the lifetime of that bass.

Yes, a friend of mine has had his Warwick for a long time (I think about 7 years now).. He called up DBG and asked about some string sadles and they sent them to him for free.

Try that with Fender....

The guys at Dana B. Goods are great... When I ordered my first CS, there was a problem with UPS delivering it (they didn't bother to show up on three scheduled times). Dana B. Goods was keeping track of the shipment as well and noticed I had called UPS to try and get a delivery date they would keep. They called me up and asked if everything was ok and then they called UPS after I told them that I hadn't even received it yet. Got it pretty quickly after that!

A second time I can mention is when I ordered a replacement pot for my Infinity and they threw in a couple of free Warwick mugs, a RockBag shoulder pad and a few other things. That was nice! I just moved and don't own any cups, plates, etc. yet, so those mugs are coming in handy right now.

Kho,
You should change your sig to Some vettes, including the coolest one on the planet...

I can't say enough good things about Michael Zaccaria at Dominant (Melbourne) and Nick T (Perth)... they've always taken excellent care of me.

Mike was the first person I called when I saw the crack in my white Streamer and he took the time to talk to me about it and generally calm me down hahah!

Anyway, the guys are great!

Lex

i'd love to be there mate, but will be here in NYC instead!

I'll definitely be in Germany in September!!!!
