I have several, and then some... My GAS is boundless...

Luckily I'm getting my grubby little hands on a Warwick tomorrow or Friday, and that should alleviate at least some of the GAS pains...

Let's see... what is there out there in the world of bass that could be interesting for Warwick...

What about fanned frets? A 6-string bass with a 35" B and a 30" C might be cool...

What about the Buzzard headstock on other basses?

What about different scales on NT basses?

fanned frets and all this slanted fretted fingerboards are not possible at Warwick. You know this is like Buzz Feiten, where does stop the marketing? Personally, I ´ve never try one instrument with and I don´t miss it...
The buzzard headstock on other basses, we already talked about this topic through PM my dear... This is how it is and we cannot change this.
Different scales on NT basses... We have to speak internally.

Fair enough, that's pretty much the reply I was expecting... (Can't blame a guy for trying, you know I like buzzards and strykers...)

What about the 44mm nut of the Stryker and Buzzard, that would be an interesting feature to get on other basses... I know that it's possible on NT basses, but it would be cool on BO basses as well...
 
What about the brass bridge and tailpiece ?? I posted this in the very beginning, but I don't recall an answer....................Thanks. 8)

Bubinga, cocobolo, ovangkol....

Interesting idea this alternative fingerboard woods. In theory it would be possible to do it but who will order a bass with such exotic woods as fingerboard? I mean even if bass players are more open minded than guitar players, there is some rules and famous tonewoods that you will expect as available from a bass maker company: rosewood, maple, ebony... We, Warwick, offer Wenge also. It´s now accepted as a regular choice for fingerboards for many manufacturers and musicians...

I thought ovangkol was cheaper than wenge?

anyway, let me suggest again a 35'' scale lenght NT. It would be nice.

So I found pictures of this guys collection of 8 warwicks (7 dolphins, 1 streamer) and he said that the one shown in the picture below has a shaved body, meaning it was a thinner body than the regular dolphin. Is this a CS option?

I know it wouldn't serve much of a purpose but I think it would look cool if the headstocks were contoured like the bodies of the high end wicks.
 
The old ones had something like this - the carved headstock, so the keys were pointing back too.
