ok well this is really bad quality, but here u go, on low notes it distorts thanks to the computers mic, but here u go, this was improvised, i don't like it very much, the harmonics that sound like crap at about 3 min

Why not just post some of your good work?

I'm not saying it isn't good - just wondering why if you don't like it why you posted it?

haha, i knew as soon as i posted submit someone was going to ask that, and i was like, well no point in changing it, but i just wanted to put something up here because a few people were asking

B 20's haha semi perfect not as big as you would like them but still decent, i like the songs, those are just some that i decided to put up today
 
i heard one clip ... i couldnt finish it. i expected it to be chops heavy since you seem to be heavily into it, but oh well ... 5 or more years then you jsut might have a chance to have a solo bass playing career going.

anyway, i understand you are 14 years old ... you are good for your age. keep it up. tone down the "looking for a challenge" image because that's not what bass playing is about - it's actually about making good music.

you should check out that kid who plays Seth Horan songs by ear on youtube. now that kid is good... even when you arent factoring that he is probably 13 years old (or younger). good ears and very decent chops i must say.
 
Cool clips, struggled to get through song 14, but song 17 is cool especially the first minute. Track 18 was ok as well but well feels very pentatonic, might just be me. You have a very nice tone though and a very clean technique.

Few points on criticism, first play with a metronome. Even its its with head phones your pieces have very *elastic* timings which i don't think was intentional and you speed up toward ends of phrases (this is normal btw we all do it) and having a metronome will help this.

Imo besides song 17 the other two sound line noodlings, mainly due to the pentatonic feel of them. I'd be cool to see some of that jazz theory come through, sit down and think about what your gonna play.

Last point is to write complete songs. Now i know these are just ideas and clips but a few really have some potential. Again its structure and thinking, set the song out practice with a metronome.
 
thanks guys the criticism is very helpful, some times when i write my songs they do speed up in the phrase, i do that on purpose, but yah i need to practice with a metronome, but i don't no wut you are talking about wen u say song 13,14,17??? there was only two songs?
