dude, if I had the money to burn, I would torch the three remaining ones I have, put the ashes in their cases and ship them back to EBMM customer service saying "I think I broke them" hahahahahah :twisted:

yes, 1000000% percent the fault of the attitude of the company. I love my stingrays, but I want to start saving money, and while I could sell pretty much any of my basses, I would rather get rid of the ones from the guys who are so damned "innovative" that they changed the heel from 6 bolts to 5 for the 20th anniversary stingray 5! They represent everything that is evil, ignorant and wrong in this world.

lol... I think they may need a new owner...

or a new model for a bass.

Let's attach a nice metal rod to the end of the bass (close to wher you have the strap stud) and make the rod reach all the way to the floor, take it to NAAMM and:

time passes on and the next 2 years you throw in the Special Commemorative Edition model. The difference in this one and the first one is that you put a rubber cap at the end of the rod so it does not scratch the floor and then same circus again...take it to NAAMM and go for it.

They could order about 500 of those cardboard box basses, stamp EBMM on them to claim them as their own design, call them a limited run, and people on the forum whould go ape shit...

Warwick didnt invent the wheel... they perfected bass manufacture with better, stronger necks and construction, better electronics and the ultimate ease of adjustments at the players fingertips for ultimate playing comfort. Sterling ball has no room to talk, because all he has done is nothing with a great bass design that was abondoned by Leo Fender.
