which of these features do you think would contribute the most to a second hand thumb BO? a three band mec preamp or a wenge neck... cheers

Is the wenge neck slowly coming back to be the standard neck wood? The LTD and the Taranis both have them. It might be only a matter of time. :P

what exactly does all this mean? is it four stripes of ovangkol with three small stripes of the body wood (swamp ask in this case, the vette $$) in between, the laminated all over?

Wondering if anyone else's wenge fretboard is bumpy? I can feel the grain (which sounds sort of stupid) on the side of mine.
