Is Scale Change a Standard Option now?

I read on an advertisement in my "Bass Player" magazine that Warwicks are now available in different scales. Does this mean that they are standard options now and not custom shop options? That would be great! My first bass was a 35'' scale. It sounded great but was too hard to play...

Visible neck-through thumb? New CS option?

Interesting bass in the CS gallery: it lists "visible neck through" as one of it's options... Is it something now officially avialable?

    CS option question number 5,356,212

I'm sure this has been asked; and I'm sure a post that starts "I'm sure this has been asked" guarantees its been asked. So not only is this my first post - its my first "I'm sure this has been asked but" post. So here goes: On a NT Corvette can you get wood that is not in the CS Info...

Option Knobs and More Pedal Mods

My review of Option Knobs Learn more or order at I placed an order for 3 Option Knobs and they promptly arrived 3 days later. I've had a little time to try them on my pedals and they are really cool! I put one on the Time pot of my Line 6 ToneCore Echo Park and now I have live real-time...

Flat c neck option still not available for short scales (?).

I play short scale basses only. The reason for a "thinner" neck for shortscale players, is obvious i believe. This is an option i kept asking and asking from Warwick. Since its allready available for 34" scale necks why not for short scales ? I know that it will become available eventually, as i...

So, this has been discussed briefly in the CS wish list section, and Gregory wants to know more about how we feel towards a zero fret option. What's your opinion on this one guys ?? Me, I wonder why there are so few basses with a zero fret................It seems like a good idea, and since...

The Thumb That Gave Us the Matching Headstock Option

A CS Thumb is up on eBay that the seller says "changed Warwick's policy" to start offering the matching headstock option. Here's the seller's story: When I first ordered this bass, Warwick would not do the matching headstock and I harassed them endlessly as to why. Eventually Hans Peter...

    Fret size option anyone?

I know, for some this option might seem like asking too much but those who have played basses with different size frets(jumbo,medium,banjo,mandolin...) know that it can make all the difference.Or not. What do you think? would that be a good idea? After all if you have the option of putting your...

    New option...

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that now we have the option of using a different wood for the headstock than the one on the top of your bass. The price for this option will be kept the same as adding the matching headstock on a CS bass.

Poll: Neck profile as a custom shop option.

Well, this is one of the most controversial aspects about Warwicks. Every time you see a topic about Warwick basses ,there is a lot of people who turn them down just because of this: "thick necks". Why not tell Warwick what we like?

    Natural oil color option?

Is it possible to have only certain parts colored? for instance: If I wanted a Stage I with only the body wings colored in a natural oil and have the neck natural oil, is that a posibility? Or a colored top and a natural back on a Jazzman?

Short cale option for Thumb BO

It it my imagination or has Warwick eliminated the different scale options for the Thumb BO? I was looking to get some info on the 30" and maybe try one out, but I don't see the option offered anymore. Does anyone out there have one? Is it all that and a bag of chips? I've got short, stubby...

Quick question concerning the fretlless option

Hello all, I've played a couple of fretless Warwicks so far (mostly Corvette Std. basses) and I love them. My custom bass will definitely be a fretless. Recently however I had the chance to play a fretless Corvette Std. 5-string fretless bass which had lines and dots at the side of the...

Should Warwick Offer the Satin Chrome Hardware option again?

Hello Warwick Fans! Would you like to see Warwick offer this beautiful looking and wear resistant hardware as color/hardware option on their basses again (it was originally offered on Warwick basses until the mid 1990's)?? OK, if you would like to have this hardware color option again...
