 Help us Ollie

I can't read German either, but I really don't need it to know that I want that thing BAD.

Hello everyone,

Someone in the forum posted a picture of a bass like this one a while ago in the Show Your Bass Then! forum. But a bass like this could be easily ordered in the Warwick Custom Shop. It is pretty much just a Bleached Blonde fretless with an ebony fingerboard and a SD open pole pickup. Satin Chrome hardware is not offered anymore though.

i CAN read german....but there's nothing special about the bass, folks...dunno what it is....SE hehe

I don't think that the Warwick Maple Monster was a "HIT".. Since no one here now much about it. Has anyone every played one?

I've been in contact with a guy from Finland that owned a 4 stringed Maple Monster. He wanted to trade it for my Fender Jazzbass 1965 (100% original in olympic white with matching headstock)..

I said no... of course..

I would be happy to win the Fretless Maple Monster for a cheap amount but I rather bid on something I want.. Like some 4 stringed fretless Warwicks.. I own 12-13 Warwicks, 5 of them are 4 stringers NON is fretless. That sucks...
I'm a bad person...

Not something I would buy, but I do like it. The hardware is very cool!...

ya got that right rick, those 6 string vettes with unlined ebony boards look sweet.theres something about that big chunk of black wood,I dont like playing 6's but i love they way they look.
