Hi, i recently came across a used thumb nt for $1,600 bucks, i already have one which i paid a heck of alot more for and was just wondering if you guys thought that was a good deal for a used one. The bass is in great condition from what i can tell.

I guess it's quite a good price, depending on year etc. I have found one in a certified shop here in Sweden, -93, 4-string NT for 1850 US$ but could probably get it cut by 20%

Luckily here in Italy used Thumb usually go for much less money, around 1000-1200 euro...

il più è trovarne.. :P

Now better returning to English again

I'm not a good person to ask this question to.

Thumbs in-general make my hands start shaking, give me goose bumps, and make me soil my trousers like a little snot-nosed boy.

If you like the sound and have the loot, by all means take her home!

well i got the price down to $1,500 and took it home. :D

Superb and congrats! You almost inspired me to run (or roll) to my local shop and buy that 93' Thumb NT in mint condition for 1500 US here as well (prices are quite high here in Sweden)
