Do all Warwick machine heads have the "W" logo? I bought my 2002 Thumb Bolt-on used and the machine heads are plain. Are they original or did someone change them???
 
All my Thumbs (see signature) have a logo on the back of the heads..............Don't know if yours are originals or not.............. :?
 
All my Wicks and RB's for 1994 through 2006, have the W on the tuners.
 
I have a 1992 Stage II that doesn't have the logo on the tuners...
 
One of these inserts fell out of the back of the tuner on one of my basses, luckily I found it again.
How is it supposed to be kept in?
 
Glue

I would suggest using contact cement. It lasts. Superglue seems to have a way of failing over time. Contact cement will last.
