+1 for the Soundcloud!

You can use Tapatalk (or Convo) for Android, no problem but you'll need browser for the chatbox.

The forum apps are just for browsing forum. I don't think any of them can run the chatbox...

Anyway, I have no issue chatting with the browser...
 
Including clips from souncloud is a good idea. Let me check if can be done :-)

For android and Iphone we have tapatalk installed on the forum.
