ok either guitar center prices are double what the bass is worth or i dont no really i went to basscenter.com the one in england and it says a thumb nt 4 is 1,789 euros and that equals 2,766 usd and on the guitar center website it costs like 4000+usd...what is going on haha...it would explain why ebay prices seemed so astronomically low to me like basses for 1700usd id be like oh my god 3000usd of a thumb

Prices vary widely from retailer to retailer in the US, so a bit of shopping around should yield lower prices than Guitar Center... And Warwick Prices in general are higher in the US, import from Europe and crappy dollar both contribute to that...

Yeah, we US retailers have to advertise at a price NO LESS than what DBG tells us (Thumb NT 4 min advertised price = $4719 after the July 1 price increase). But advertising is one thing, and selling is another. I can sell the bass for whatever I like, and I can (and will happily) beat that advertised price by a mile (I'm a little over that English price). Sorry, I can't be more specific in public, PM if you'd like a quote.

Yeah Paperbag, If you ever go instore in a guitar center the prices are WAYY lower.

yah i no i have been so confused for like the last three month cause the website advertises like 4230 or something lke that and you go into the store and they are aroung 2000 and im just like inspecting it wats wrong with this thing and i never could find anything but for some reason on warwicks the action is always really high in guitar center.

Actually, the bass centre price for a Thumb NT 4 is 1,789 pounds (not euros), which is a good bit more - around 3,300 USD at the moment.
