Thumb BO 4 Shorty

I wanted a backup bass and a fretted alternative to my regular gigging bass, a Thumb BO 4 fretless, but wanted something more comfortable to play given my short, stubby fingers. After some trepidation and an hour or so playing with it at Bass Central, I purchased a new Thumb BO 4 short scale. For anyone not gifted with those long, sinewy fingers, check out the shorty. It still has the Thumb sound, but is so much more comfortable (for me) to play.
