Hehehe, probably a bad idea to "Jones" an NT. It's really more expensive because it requires more time to make. Personally, I like the tone of the BO :)
 
We'll see. BTW what would be a fair price for either Thumb 5? They're asking 1299.00 at the local Guitar Center for the used Thumb BO 5 (it is in pristine shape), and someone is asking 1999.00 "Buy Now" price for an NT 5 on ebay. There are two BO 5's on ebay for 900.00, one of which is a '98.

Well, considering that the typical retail price for any thumb BO is anywhere between $2,400 and $3,100 (Depending on the amount of strings), it's a very fair price! If I had the money for such a good deal, I'd nab it right away! As for the NT, that is also a spectacular deal, considering the typical price for an NT thumb is anywhere between $4,000 and $4,600 (Depending on the amount of strings).
