What a weird bird! Check the upper horn. Is this some kind of prototype or is it a copy? Dunno. Needs a new finish, give it a black paint with sparkling silver.

I strongly believe it is a „fake“ / copy….the ad is written in awful German, too.🤷🏼..really „strange“..I might be wrong🤷🏼

„funny enough“: one bass out of that ltd series has been the only ever Warwick in 35 years which was „crap“..imho…maybe I catched a B quality…??
.. imho the quality in 2002 has been at its lowest point in Warwick‘s history…good to see that they improved their quality over the past years
 
The 2002 LTD I hade was not only stunning looking but one of the best playing basses I've owned. One of a couple I regret selling. Maybe I had an exceptionaly good one 😁
 
The whole "Buzzard" looks wrong. The body is a very poor approximation of a Buzzard. Not to mention where is the P and reverse P pickup configuration? Clearly a fake and a broken one at that!
Fake Buzzard basses are avaliable on Aliexpress.
Here is what a real Buzzard looks like....

I hear you about feeling responsible to a person reacting to your advice, which could of likely gone either way. In the UK we have a free for sale site with / no charges. Ive bought a streamer and it went well. However it could of been a shocker. No PO boxes and you really need to meet in person with the biggest guy you know. However, you can get real bargains it's not a real musicians selling site or profesionals.
