The Heads Up Thread

That's a refinish until warwick proves us otherwise.
The scamming on Reverb has dialed up to 11 now. The majority of "buyers" that contact me, are trying to rip me off. Constantly trying to get me to do an off site deal, which I can understand due to the fees and now sales tax. I just tell the scum "Hey no problemo bro, as long as you pick it up in person and pay cash". Then I never hear from them again.

One of the most stunning Corvettes I´ve ever seen. Look a bit longer at the details of the wood grain. Awesomerer!

1987 Thumb NT 4 String, +/- €1700, fingerboard / frets replaced (due to replacement truss-rod):

might be wrong, but has this one already been discussed here?
New fretboard due to trussrod replacement for a 87 Warwick?🤷🏼….maybe, maybe not…the trussrod (or even neck?) must have been severely damaged. Otherwise you just pull the old one and replacd it🤷🏼…the “fretboard” looks strange too (at 24th to 26th fret)..🤷🏼..for sure a “special” one..price seems ok for actual situation, but in case of a resell it will be difficult…

okok…now I see: it is a Tumb, not a Thumb🤣🤣

That's not impossible, people take stuff down from Ricardo and put it back up again to try again later all of the time.

For the trussrod, I think it depends on the Luthier and their knowledge of Warwicks.

Good catch on the "Tumb"... I didn't see that!
