Warwick Thumb 5 NT Bubinga / Wenge

Today is a sad day-- I have to sell my prized possession so I can afford to buy my girlfriend a ring. I've got a 1998 Warwick Thumb 5 NT (Bubinga/Wenge) with original MEC 18v pre-amp and brass adjust-a-nut for sale if anyone is lookin'. It comes with an original Warwick hard shell case also. I've babied this thing over the years so it is in mint condition and i'd rather see it go to a true enthusiast rather than selling it on eBay so I thought i'd post it here first! they changed the name from bolt on to lx when started to use wenge neck and maple body around 1997 i guess. till then the bolt on had cherry body and maple neck, fretless like mine are having bubinga stripes in it. good basses!

That's very interesting, I guess they added the bubinga for some extra midrange detail for fretless.
