thats why i love Florin,
before i have buyed my first RB STd. STreamer i have asked him about that STreamer.
He aswered clearly to me:
It's an fantastic bass, well build, BUT: it has very low output and the sound is warmer, classy and not so punchy, growly as "modern" Wicks do...

So this was an answer to live with..i have buyed that STreamer and iam lucky..the Output was low, as he mentioned, but with an preamp that STreamer is loaud and heavy as i wished ;)

Streamer Jazzman with curly bubinga top:
It's in the US and the seller doesn't want to offer international shipping

Wow interesting bass.

Custom shop right? I don't see a stamp on the back of the headstock..?

The CS stamps they use now have not been around too long. I forget how it was designated before however, maybe someone will chime in to comment

Man you worry too much, just go for it and if you dont like it, sell it to one of us, well buy it.

Plus getting advice on what other people hear form the wood?? you will get the usuall buzz words - it sounds dark, growly, mid range punch, punchy, low, rich, bright, low high ,midrange "poke", down, up, left, right. I could go on forever. You can ask anyone about any bass and everyone would say the same shiit

Just give it a go, i played one of these for about a year and it sounded like a normal warwick bass. It went BOOM when i pluged it in. If you ask me what the characteristics of that BOOM sounded like?? i guess i can say it sounded like a high quality BOOM becuase its from a high quality bass. Don’t spend 2k US on someone else’s interpretation of what a BOOM sounds like based on some random person on the internet saying is has "deep lows, punchy midrange and sparkeling highs".

Although, 2,100 US is a insane price for that, they go for 1500 aus. There is currently one here for that much for sale, id wait out for a better deal or make a reasonable offer.

Well yes, but the thing is, I can only buy an overpriced bass if I am confident I will use it for a while. You guys will not pay extra premium because I did :D

I don't like the gear pool money to evaporate over short periods of time.

The Australian butcher strikes again!
