Ahhh...you will love this...I've been a guitar palyer for 25 years...just took a gig in a working band on BASS...I bought a Katana NT...I knew Warwick was a premier BASS, and I thought as they were practically giving them away, an NT Warwick was a great buy...ok...to my question...I love the Taranis...can I tune the 4 string to standard tuning...sorry if thats a dumb question...

No problem. You may need a new standard nut though. Some people claim that the Taranis is one sweet sounding bass. It's a shame if only people would buy it as an extended range bass..................Welcome to the forum man.

Did someone say Katana!? Welcome dude! Thats funny I'm also recently gassing for the Taranis. The five string comes tuned standard. Thats what I think I'm gonna go for. Did you consider that as an option. (And yes Andrew I'm still working on getting some good sound clips :wink: )
