OK, I screwed up. I switched out the strings on my Corvette 5 string to DR Long Necks and I hate them. I loved the tone of the Black Labels that came with the Corvette but can't find them anywhere in my area. Is there a good recommended replacement string that anyone can give me that would be comparable to the Black Labels?
 
Get strings online, they normally work out cheaper. No idea of any US string sites but i'm sure there are many here that do. I'd recommend checking out EMP's they like black labels but last WAAAAAAAY longer, nearly up to a year in most cases.
 
What about Rocket Music? He's here on the Forum. You can also go on ebay, Mikes chop shop sells Black Labels.

Doesn't musicians friend sell black labels? Pretty sure thats where I got mine.

EMP's are coated Black labels. :wink:
