Streamer Stage I 6 pickups?

Does anyone know of a set of pickups that are direct replacements for a 6 string Streamer stage 1?
 
Early ones were equipped with Bartolini's soapbars, so I think that they should fit
 
ok. I dont know what the dimensions of the pups are so I don't know what I need.
