Well,the neck pickup was there all along.Maybe you're thinking of the FNA,which has a humbucker in the bridge position while the FNA Jazzman has the same with a jazz pickup in the neck position.
I'm speculating here but it makes sense that it's called Jazzman because it's modelled on the Musicman design with a jazz pickup added. :wink:

Greg's answer would be correct with a corvette, but I guess he missed the title!
Actually, If you saw a streamer with one pickup (as there was never a streamer FNA), chances are that it was a Streamer Masterman. It has one twin-jazz pickup. There are quite a few pictures of them in the Streamer Club thread. There was one recently posted in orange. Check it out!
