Regarding the Flo Signature (;)) any pictures and details of the neck split/repair?
 
I don't think it's a problem sasch, it's all useful information about the bass. I for one LOVE it!

The bass sounds like a Music Mand SR5, it is deep, and growly too, but really think a tighter Music Man, so don't think Warwick Growl, except some character any Warwick has coming from neck and frets, and bubinga body :-) It has even a nice P-ish sound, not al MM-s have it.

Why, any answer is good :-) I find it to be pretty deep too, it is a MM type bas, sound is fat. But the nice kind of fat, not boomy, but low and tight. I like it!

That Spectorhead is probably the thinnest bass I have ever seen! and Sexy as all hell.

But not worth being literally emasculated, which is what would happen to me if I buy another bass this year.

I have the Corvette's Cousin with Passive MEC pickups. Even Passive the '95 ProLine is a Growing Machine. Awesome Non-Volute Neck, Recessed StrapLocks, Light Ash Body. I think this is the Bass I play tonight!
 
That's a beautiful beast. Also the 95 one, has the rounded back of the headstock, it looks like a piece of chocolate cake :-)
I'll take more pics when I will be back home, but check the group picture above - 2nd one from right to left, upper row. What you cannot see in the pictures is that the body has curves, lines, it doesn't look like made by a machine. I love it!
 
if the corvette is not sold until end May/June, i will buy it, until June i have economize the money for it ;)
