Piezos don´t give you the same sound as an acoustic instrument but something close... But mixed together with magnetics pickups, it adds to the sound some attacks and harmonics complexity making your sound richier. This is worth for any bassplayer who wants to enlarge his sounds possibilities and vary his textures. And as Florin said, it makes even more sense on a hollowbody model like the Infinity, to become closer to this cristal acoustic sound...
 
You guys are gonna get me in sooooo much trouble with my missus :roll: but thank you very much!! The decision is becoming easier now!!
