As a LONG TIME SansAmp BDDI user, since 2000/2001, I must say I feel a little hesitant about a full digital SansAmp. I mean, all the sounds guys I’ve been working with in all this years LOVE my bass tone, I don’t think a digital version of it would be better. I don’t hate digital pedals, though, in fact my Boss OC5 is digital and it works perfect for live performances, no complains, nobody in the audience says “nice bass tone, but that sub octave is digital, what a shame…” hahahahaha.

That said, I’m curious about the digital BDDI, but I don’t see myself switching to this, or Anagram, or any other digital gizmo to be my main sound. I like my single pedals board, I’m an old guy, I guess, I don’t care too much about multiFXs with 3000 sounds and crazy, Über-complicated menu options.
