Hello,
Is it possible to do a serial number check on the history of a bass?
A while back I purchased a thumb bolt-on from guitar center. The bass has what looks like a bubinga top and an ovangkol back. I understand that this configuration is hte one used on the 2001 ltd. thumbs. However, my neck has a serial number ending in 2003. Was this bass a custom job? Can the powers that be at Warwick lend a hand?
