Opinions about the corvette LTD 2004?

Yo! I'm thinking of getting a (guess what)Corvette LTD 2004 5str.. What's so special about them? Anybody who owns/have tried one and can tell me some about it? What does the sound remind about etc. ? What was the retail price btw?
 
My opinion: The 2004 LTD is a KILLER bass. Koa is one of my favorite (looking) woods, and the Twin-Jazz gives her a nice punchy tone. Personally, I'd love to have one...
 
they are awesome basses. they range in price around $1200-1500 as any LTD here in the US.

when are you getting it?
 
Awsome! A friend of mine has one, and it is a great bass....
 
I tried one. I was disappointed. It sounded clean, but a bit towards generic in the sense that it didn't really have a sound of its own. For some it can be a good thing though............I do agree that the Flamed Koa looks really stunning.............
