New to Warwick Basses. ?'s

So I picked up some Howard's Feed n Wax and my dad tried it on a cupboard. After following the instructions, the wood still has a very greasy texture. Is this normal for Horward's? I've never really waxed anything besides a snowboard, let alone my Warwick, so I'm just curious.

Mine is not greasy at all. maybe is the wood that the cupboard is made of. I also used a polishing cloth (sory it was Fender since GC does not have almost anything besides Corvette Standards in stock) and it came out great. Even the black headstock got darker and shinnier. The abalone shines too.

I checked 2 Home Depots and 2 Lowes with no luck, the closer ACE does have it for 10 bucks plus tax. But it's still more than cheap enough to give it a whirl. Gonna get some tomorrow.
