Looking for Warwick parts and accessories in USA

Looking for a replacement top knob (of stacked knob) for my 02 Thumb BO. Also looking for wax and a few other accessories. Dana B Goods website no longer lists Warwick as one of its product lines. If I order from Germany, the minimum shipping is 95 Euros (ouch). Where can I find Warwick parts in the USA?
