Check out my 99 Thumb 5 NT. This thing sounds so nice, I have been wanting a thumb for years and i finally got one. The best part is that i didnt even pay a dime for it haha. Its got the wenge neck with bubinga strips as well as a wenge fretboard. If you wanna hear this baby check it out in the clips section.

I played upright yesterday. Triple ouch!!!
 
I had to carry an upright bass around san diego for a week along with the 40lb homemade plywood case :) FTW

Hey Thanks man, yeah luckily My brother knew someone at his work that had one and i was so shocked, I was like well tell him to bring that thing over!! and when I saw it, it had the older style woods which are beautiful, and he doesnt play anymore so hes lending it to me for as long as I want.

3 of them in fact. With the upright, my electric, my 50lb amp, and well my girlfriend of the time was there, but i didn't think that i would to worry about her being chased by the moustached leather boys.
