This is what I use, I'm sponsored by EBS but I would have use it anyway. However I use less and less effects and let the bass talk for itself. The MicroBass II is great when using two basses or as a preamp fir the DI. Use the compressor for slap and some chorus and reverb especially for the fretless playing / mats
