Bought my first Warwick 2004 ... or something. Owned a few of em. Now I'm out of em.

So have you switched brands altogether or have you sold them all in order to purchase a custom shop? I'm pretty sure I'll never part ways with my Vette, it's the bass I always wanted and finally have.
 
I haven't parted with Warwick. I'm just Warwickless right now....;)

A custom would be just fine.... ;)

Say it aint so Pat!!....Just kiddin, I know you wanted something a little more aggressive right? It's all good because the best part of selling a bass, is getting a new one! Hope you're happy with it man.

So true Gerry! Since I started playing bass at the age of ~15, Warwick has been on the top of my GAS list. Finally I could afford one in 2004 or something. Then I started to hang around this place and that gave me GAS for more Warwicks. Like a drug.... :x

I have forced myself to play other basses just to see why people are complaining about other brands and setups and whatever, it's been very interesting.

Still the SS1-5 is my favourite bass and I have some thoughts around a custom version. Nothing fancy though. We'll see what happens...
