I've contacted Warwick.de ... it will cost close to $200.00, I've been calling Dana B. Goods for the last 5 days and no responce. Where in the US can I buy a simple "JAN 3" because the "JAN 2" latches on the side broke off ... This is driving me crazy ...

I have an Infinity semi-hollowbody 5-string (WOUUU-WHOOOO!!!) I found one used, excellent shape, a little over 2 g's

This bass is SWEET!!! I just need that NUT!!!

Two Ideas

Call Marc Boomer at Dana B. Goods or order it from Banzaieffects.com out of Germany. Their shipping is very reasonable and you can pay using Paypal if you desire.

The poor communication from Dana B. Goods, along with the fact that they are the only US provider of Warwick parts, are Warwick's Achille's Heel in the US. Warwick's customer service out of Germany is much more responsive, but as the OP mentioned, shipping is rediculously priced compared to purchasing from other German companies. I'm spoiled by the customer service from MusicMan and Peavey.

same over here man. I asked from my local distributor and they didn't know nuts about what i was talking about. I had to specifically send them an email with model number and web links. after close to 2 months they still havent got back to me.

when i called them up, they quickly said that warwick has not replied their enquiries? i don;t believe them man. My previous e-mails direct to warwick was quickly replied in less than a day!
