i don't know if this topic has been posted yet, but i was wondering if anyone knew what the turnaround time on the JANIIIs were. i know august is the deadline for mailing in the info to get them, but i didn't know if any of you guys had received yours yet. just wondering when to expect them in the mail. thanks

I sent in an email to try and get some of them and after waiting a month or so, I called DBG and they were here in a week. You might try that. It seems that they've gotten so many requests that it's taking a long time to catch up with demand. I wouldn't worry too much about hurrying up to get them, they don't make any difference to the sound (in my experience), they're just easier to work with and not likely to break. Look a little smoother too... ~M~

i had the same issue...i sent the card in with no response for a few weeks. i sent an email and got a very quick response saying they were trying to catch up, and my JAN III arrived by UPS a few days later.

thanks for the advice! i might just shoot them an email or give them a call sometime soon. thanks again

Yeah, it was the phone call that did it for me; got 'em in a week.

2 emails = no response, at least in my case.

just be careful you guys dont push the limit with DBG too far. They are doing soemthing extremely awesome and kind and we dont want them to feel like people are pressuring them (especially on something that seems to be their own doing, not an a directive from warwick)
