JAN III / Fretless

I've ordered the JAN III fretless version which is now arriving at my place.
Does anybody have tried it? Any better performance for a fretless sound?

I have a JAN III that I put on my '03 fretless 'Vette. There's no difference in sound or performance, but it is a better looking and more reliable design than the JAN II.

The fretless version also has a thinner base than the fretted version, so the strings can be adjusted closer to the fingerboard, whereas the JAN II came in a "one size fits all."
