I can imagine that Warwick will use sum of ur ideaz in da future cause tbh when I look at my 22 year old Infinette I definetely see 'sum' scarz that could have easily been prevented by a scratch plate ... not that I care bout these scarz, on da contrary: imho they give da bass a personal look but I know not everybody thinkz that same way ;)
 
Pretty cool! I was thinking of drilling a series of holes with a radiused edge through my Corvette Std. bubinga starting with a 2" hole at the upper bout arm-cut and getting progressively smaller as you go towards the upper horn and maybe a couple on the lower bout in a similar fashion, to change the boring design and to lighten the 11 pound beast, but cant bring myself to totally deface my first Wick.

I'm looking to make a pickguard for my Streamer LX (just like the CV). My only dilemma is the screws. I don't want to drill any holes in the body. I have no problem using some double sides tape, but I'm not sure if it will conform to the arched top of the Streamer. Maybe I'll just have to try it out and see what happens.
 
Maybe soak the pickguard in boiling water and then bend it slightly to follow the curve of the body?
 
And by the way i'll will keep the basses for now! No sale!
They are to funny to play and sounds great!
