Hey friends,

I have terrible news to share with you.
You know I am moving away from Bucharest... Bucharest is a terrible city to live at least to me. And I don't want to raise my child here, so I've decided to move to Sibiu.
Well, long story short - I will leave my band Proconsul too.

We were together for 7 years, around 15 concerts/ month, I actually was more with them than with my family.
But the time has come to make a choice.
And my choice was my "real" family.

Maybe it was the time, to be honest I miss my "underground" days, I should "flex my funk muscle" now, as Lex said to me :-)

I am sad, I am happy, one thing is sure, it is a new beginning.

ah wow mate...not sure what to say but i am sure you have made a great decision and your 'real' family will be very grateful. Can't wait to hear that FUNK man!
 
Wow! All I can say is like the others - all the best for this new stage in your life. And yes, I'm sure you won't regret any move that allows you to see more of your real family.
 
Wow man, big decision, heard your band just yesterday for the first time (on this site too)... to be honest, I didn't really like the song/music/band, but I was very impressed by the way you play bass on it... awesome sound and great solo !! Hope you'll find the time in your new home to keep playing... Good luck and enjoy !

This is the first day of the rest of your life flo, As we spoke of this before, Its not a surprise but my heart is with you & your Family man. Not to sure how many tours I have left as well, Another baby on the way here as well. Any band would be hounered to have you flo. Enjoy!!

I hope this is a good decision (has to be because is in the best interest of you and your family). Will be praying for you during this transitional period. You will continue with the forum and with the Warwick Distribution right?

I am not sure on many things, but one thing is sure, I will not leave Warwick or the forum :-)

Thanks for the support my friends, I surely need it now.
But the BOTM line is that I am happy, and more curious about what's next.
 
Although there is some kind of loss involved, your decision sounds right and I am sure it also feels right.

I can relate to you mostly because I also live in a city that I consider "problematic" to live in, let alone raise your children in.

leaving a band is always hard, especially a popular band. There are many reasons for us to do this, but none as important as the reason you're leaving, for the best interest of your family. There is nothing in the world as important as your family and I salute you for your decision. With your talent, and the love and support of the family you clearly cherish so much, I know the future will be bright for you my friend, and from here you will be able to do anything you want to.
