Does the Streamer LX style have a high polished black model?

I think it does... Someone posted some great pics of one, I think an LX special edition. If you can't find one, you can always contact Warwick's custom shop and see if they can build you one with high polish black!

Do you mean like this one:

I think that they're pretty rare. As said before: you might have to get one via the custom shop.

Lex, I actually thought of having the fretboard painted as a piano, white and black, but if you want to you can steal that from me :lol:

although i think Prince beat you to it... then again, he beat me to the all white bass (as did Stu Zender and Larry Graham...)... but who really cares in the end eh?

Speaking of fingerboards,have you guys seen the fingerboard on les claypools rainbow bass (carl thompson bass).It has a fingerboard made of 3 different woods,maple,padauk & ebony?An aussie luthier by the name of Rick Miruzzi does multi-laminate fingerboards too.
