Help Needed with Corvette Tones ($$, Standard, Proline)

Umm... i played one LX and Id say yes... they are fairly similar. Id bet Id like the streamer LX...

I'm not exactly going for the Dirk Lance sound, but just somewhere in that region since I dig the Incubus bass tone so I guess its a good starting point! Also it will be a loooong time until I have the moolah to buy an SSII!

Well, it pretty comprehensively looks as if I should go for a bubinga standard so that's what I'll keep an eye out for! Maybe when I can afford a second bass I'll get a proline for some variety (and because they look so damn good!)
