Hi to all. So this is my very sad story..
I ordered an left handed Warwick Corvette $$ eight month ago.

I was told by official dealer that I need to pay 100% of price first, than they will send my order to the factory and in 4 month I will get my new best quality bass.
After 4 month I made a call to them just to ask how's my order proceeding.
I was told that it is not ready, and they don't know when anything will be clear about it. After 6 month I made a call again - nothing. After that I wrote an email to official Warwick Factory in Germany, there I was asking about my order. I received no answer. Then I wrote 4 more messages to Warwick, 2 in English and 2 in German for any case. All that I received back was - NOTHING. After 7 month I contacted that dealer again, I was very very disappointed with that situation, I was told that they still know nothing, and all that I have is to wait. Than I decided to have my money back and cancel this order, I was told that I will never get my money back because it is a left handed guitar so they will be not able to sell it. I wrote another message to Warwick about all this, but I have not received any answers.

So what should I do? Will I ever get my money back? Will somebody return to me all my wasted nerves and time?
Because after all that had happened I really don't need this guitar anymore.

p.s - Some info about this dealer. It is Slami ltd. They have their shop in Moscow, Russian Federation, and they have so much awards and "best dealer" certificates from Warwick, and this makes my problem even more strange and interesting.

Welcome to the Forum, albeit under such bad circumstances. Hopefully someone like Florin or Gregory will see this and pass it on to someone at Warwick who can help.

That is just bad customer service on the part of the dealer, with all their awards to hide behind.

I wish I could offer more advice, but my heart and thoughts go out to you, and there are some on this forum who can get involved and help you out on this.

Perhaps you should send a PM to Florin...

Hi Mr.Fisting & welcome.
If your username is in your email address, that might be a problem with recipients having words like that not going into their junk mail folders.
It's extremely unusual for Warwick's customer service to ignore a legitimate complaint from a customer.
Click on this link & fill out the customer service form, giving them details such as the story you posted above,as well as your receipt/s numbers & any other relevant details that'll help them solve your problem.

Good luck.I hope you enjoy your new bass when it finally arrives. :)

Thanks. I will try that form.

Also the sad point is that my email is Ok. And Warwick officials replied not to me but to that dealer. I know it because I was told by them -"There is no point to send messages to Warwick, you just need to wait".

Sounds suspiciously like a bit of billy bull841t to me! My guess is that the shop have screwed up your order and are blaming Warwick for the delays and hoping that you don't get in touch directly. I could be completely wrong of course but if they were 100% on the up and up, they'd be happy for you to contact Warwick and hear it from the horses mouth!

Hope you get this resoved quickly - please keep us posted :)

Greg is right. There is no such thing as unanswered mails from us. Many times even Hans Peter himself replies!
Probably an email adress @yandex.ru is not helping, I am almost sure they got in the junk mail.

Please write an email to me at [email protected] , also one on [email protected] to be sure. And I will forward your message.

But you have a problem with your dealer, not with us. We cannot do much from here, we are selling the basses to your distribution, not to you.
You have laws, and you have institutions that make people respect the laws.
You should have a contract, and an Invoice, do you have something like that? .

ppffuuu Mr.Fisting this is not possible !!! this is strange...
I hope Florin or Greg can help you...
Good luck man and please tell us how develop the situation...

Charmand, from Norway, waited 11 months for his lefty Vampyre SN to arrive. The difference is he wasnt told 4 months.
I hope this is of some comfort to you Mr.Fisting.
