Hey Jesse, first of all, at your age a person can have a lot of little problems which are physiological not illness. Because you are growing so fast, imagine that it takes some time to proper vascularisate your extremities you big guy!
However, if you want to have warm hands, always try to stimulate your body to do it. If you put your hands in warm water, your body will do everything possible to keep them cold, so you might try it with ice :-)
Shake your hands well before playing.

Good luck mate!
i tried that once, almost lost my hands...

Weirdly regular weight training can really help with circulation - my hands stay hot for days after a good gym session

...and it keeps you fit so chicks will want to lick your abs!!

When my hands are cold I grab my nuts. They're always warm.

Ehmmm.... Warm up 15 min. before playing the "real" deal? Scales, arpeggios - you name it. And it's very important to stretch first - like in sports  This really oughta be the best way...

i strecth my hands, fingers, and arms before playing, then before playing trhe fast stuff i play A LOT of different scales up and down the neck in both the E and A positions

i'm looking for a method to warm up the hands in a cold rehearsal room, too.

and i think, pushups are a good way for that.

are there other stuff one can do ?
(grabbing the nuts is good also, but since i can't tap on the bass, i need both hands...)

When I had gigs outside, at minus 20 Celsius, I used to take a shot of rum or other strong drinks. Id definitely works.

I find that several strong drinks before and during a gig not only keeps me warm, but also makes my playing and the band sound brilliant. :d

Yeah, make sure to warm up a bit before playing, both body and hands. Even if it is just 5 minutes it really helps.

If you have ALWAYS cold hands, you should check your blood pressure. If it's not permanent and the pressure is around normal, it's not a bad thing and I would hesitate to take heart medicine or whatever just because of cold hands.

I wouldn't do push-ups either - you should stimulate muscles around your hand, i.e. squeezing a small ball, boobs, etc. This motion will also pump blood into your hand, thus your blood vessels will widen - more warm blood -> warm fingers.
During your playing it's pretty unlikely your hand will cool down, because you're in motion constantly.
Nevertheless - if it does: Most of the heat is lost, where blood vessels are near to your skin surface - i.e. your wrist
Simple solution: Sweatband.

To sum it up: Shot of booze, squeezing boobs and sweatbands.

sounds like a great evening.

...that is what music is all about, isn't it?
Having great evenings...with boobs...and booze...

Interesting advice with the sweatbands Bojan, I'll keep it in mind!

I've had my wrists dislocated in martial arts and arm wrestles so I feel the cold in my wrists. Neoprene wrist supports help me out with that because they are designed to get the heat flowing. Add that to a thorough warm up and you should be well away.

Gigging outside by -20°C ? Who would do that ?

Well, I did it many times... We had 15 gigs/ month, even in December. Actually in December around 25... Indoors and outdoors, day by day.

Wow... It must be hard to sing of play an instrument in the cold...

FIrst is OK... Then it feels like someone is hitting your fingers with a hammer. Really painful. Then you don't feel the pain anymore, but again... you don't feel anything anymore. And then the pain comes back.
For lead singer is worse.
