here it is guys. You can tell why it was only 500 bucks, it has a lot of nicks and what not, but thats ok, it plays PERFECTLY. Im sure the guy could still have charged more for it, but thats his deal, not mine. Plus, the worn in look is kinda cool. The guy I bought it from was super excited it was going to a Warwick nut because he knew how hard it is to come by them.

Looks good to me dude, nice flamed maple wings too.It plays good, that's all that matters.

Man thats a cool bass. Is the back contoured like a streamer/thumb or like a 'vette? I still can't belive you got it for 500 bucks... :D

Great bass, Boston! I still can't believe the deal you got on that either.

I would do it if i had the spare cash

BA2,

Nice! It doesn't look as bad as you describe. I'd only touch that fret board with gloves though. A lemon oil treatment and you're done.

Good catch! /P

thanks man! the lower horn has a whole bunch of dings and crap, but I dont care. This thing sounds killer and it will never ever see any stage action because Im too scared to damage it, lol.

I am going to do the lemon oil when I get new strings. The guy who bought it for me put new strings on it for me, so Im going to wait a while before I change them.

500USD fortress plus new strings of my choice on it = happy bostonasphalt2
