Fortress nut clamp broken

I just noticed today that the clamp on my nut was broken. This problem has been thoroughly discussed in the warwick section of the forum, but has not been addressed for rockbasses. Does anyone know how difficult changing, or replacing, the nut on the Fortress may be?

All Rockbasses now come with the JAN2 as standard.Replacing the old Rockbass nut is the same as a regular Warwick.Hope this helps.

The jan3 should be out nextmonth... or so the people from dana b goods tell me... Give them a call and they will ship you out a replacement jan2 for now

I've changed JAN2s on both Warwick's and Rockbasses... absolutely no difference! And if I can do it, anyone can, just prize out the old one carefully (best to remove the truss rod cover), and stick the new one in with two small blobs of loctite. Good luck!
