I had it for a long time and it was a direct link to thndrstck photobucket album and I guess he deleted it since I couldn't get it anymore. It is so going to my photobucket and back in my sig. I'm very happy you did a backup of this. :d

I liked it when I saw it and saved it in memory or Mark.
 
Mark was a good man. Even as his health was declining he still gave us the time of day and gave us some good laughs. May he rest peacefully.
 
He was one of the most flexible and open minded people here. He was a lot of fun on the forum and was an all around groovy dude.
 
R.I.P. Mark. What a friendly, helpful, all around, nice guy. He is truly missed.
 
Yestrday I've quit smoking (again). I remembered here on the forum that we had that group poster with all of us. I went in the attic to search it, and I found the poster. And then I saw Mark too with us. Now that was the time I started to cry...
I went to the garbage can outside, and took a last cigarette...

 
I have one poster in the kitchen,above where the PC used to be,now it's in the living room,above where the PC now resides.If I look up from the screen,I see us all with big smiles.
Re.quitting the smokes.If ya feel tempted & need to talk,I'll stay logged into skype.Better to listen to me talk ♣♣♣♣,than to light one up.Try to remember that every ciggy increases the chances that Luca,will someday have to do for you,what I had to do for my dad.& we both know that's really,very unpleasant for anyone to have to go through.

I think I really need that chat mate, since I'm having problems quitting smoking right now... But I never catch you on Skype :-)
 
I'm on now,& will make sure I'm on whenever I'm home.I've been without a PC for a couple days.Damned thing crapped itself,but I'm back on deck with a new PC.

i´m 24 and tried to quit smoking 3 or 4 times now.
it´s a desaster.

glad to hear other guys with the same problem :-)

The day I left my band, the last day I saw them, I asked one cigarette... I felt like I needed one...
Since then I am smoking 3- 5 cigarettes/day, and I am constantly trying to quit.

Tomorrow is a new day, I hope I'll make it.

A year already...

I still have the Warwick Family Forum Poster on my wall, as im sure many others do. Mark is still part of the Warwick Family.

It is easy to lapse when times are hard, best of luck on that challenge man

(and, think of all the basses you could buy with the cash you'll be saving wen u quit!)

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Chantix. I have a friend that works for one of the major drug companies and he says it causes depression/intense suicidal thoughts. He did not base that on research. He took it himself and had suicidal thoughts and he is one of the most narcissitic self loving people I have ever known.

Good luck, it ain't easy (not first hand experience).
Why do you think tobacco companies engineer their products to be as addictive as heroin?

Nicotin itself is already more addictive than heroin - no need to design anything.
And my thoughts are - I would NEVER take medicine messing with my brain/emotions/needs, if it's not really necessary. This stuff can f'ck you up soooo badly - and it's pretty hard to tell "this will make you depressive, suicidal" whatever. It can work superb on 999999 people, 1 will have serious issues - as long as you are not the one you wouldn't mind.
